Together we’ll spend about an hour going through the theory reminding you about air spaces in your body and equipment and the dive procedures. Then in the afternoon we can set up the equipment together, we'll buddy check each other and then do a giant stride into the sea. Once you have yourself all comfortable  & relaxed we'll then have a go at doing some of the shallow water skills with the regulator & the mask, before having some fun with a few buoyancy skills in slightly deeper water.

There will be time thereafter to go for about a 20-minute dive, working on your air conservation, buoyancy skills and then check out the local marine life.

Havng done your Refresher dive you'll find yourself far more relaxed and conservative with your air supply when we take you out for some more dives after.
