The Beachside Bungalows
These cosey little beach huts are for couples on a budget but looking to learn how to dive. Each of these five bungalows comes with mosquito net, double bed and en suite toilet with shower.

 These bungalows are original Thai style beach dwellings from days of old. Extremely practical & very charming in their own little wooden shack by the beach style, & are usually pre-booked so don't expect a bungalow if you haven't made a reservation!
Each bungalow has its own balcony with the essential island survival tool- the hammock!

Price: 200 THB a night while diving.

The Fan rooms
Our choice of fan rooms are for our groups of divers who are also on a budget and looking for value for money. These are cheap, clean and affordable accommodation. Just perfect for you while you stay & do some diving with us. Our wooden rooms upstairs all offer twin beds while our concrete rooms downstairs are all double beds. Each fan room comes with en suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Only a minutes walk away from the nightlife of Sairee & less than a minute to the diveshop for those early morning dive trips this is a great location & at even better price!

Price: 200 THB a night while diving.

The Air Con Rooms
In total we have 20 air conditioned rooms here at Big Blue Diving Resort. Our five rooms downstairs can each comfortably accommodate three persons per room and those upstairs are 2 bedders and come with a lovely little balcony. All the rooms in this building all come with their own refrigerator.

We have recently had a new complex built with rooms less than a minutes walk to the beach & to Big Blue Diving Resort itself. These are brand new air conditioned rooms & all rooms come with ensuite bathrooms with hot water.

Ideal if you suffer from the heat & want an ice cool room to come home to everyday!

Price: 500 THB a night while diving.

 Triple Share Rooms
Our three bed air conditioned rooms can accommodate those of you in large groups who want to stay together. In these downstairs rooms we can accommodate you and your friends with your private rooms and bathrooms and all clean and quiet. Each room also comes with a refrigerator.

Perfect if you have just arrived from the Full Moon Party at Koh Phangan & want to chill out, recover & not have to walk too far to anything!

Price: 750 THB a night while diving.

There aren’t too many places in Koh Tao where you can actually book ahead and reserve your room but here are a few with varying budgets that we highly recommend .

Koh Tao Cabana - FROM 3500 THB per night

One of the more expensive resorts on Koh Tao this is a beautiful resort with a natural surround at the northern most point of Sairee beach and still less than a leisurely five minute stroll straight down the beach to your local dive shop - Big Blue Diving. This is complete comfort, luxury living and absolute natural beauty that is what makes this well worth the extra money. Each room comes with Air-Conditioning, Hot Water Shower, Overhead Fan, Mini Bar, Safe Deposit Box, 24 Hours Electricity, and many rooms even come tucked away with their own patch of jungle!

Thipwimarn Resort - FROM 3000 THB per night

This is a quiet boutique resort with restaurant and a horizon swimming pool and undisrupted cliff top views of the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand. Each cottage was individually styled and created by Koh Tao’s most in demand architect. Each room comes with TV, and satellite, hot water and air conditioning if required. Seclusion and isolation is what makes this one of the most unique resorts in Koh Tao, and still only a 5 minute taxi ride to the dive shop.

Khun Ying Guesthouse- FROM 1000THB per night

This is a modern guesthouse set just outside of Sairee Village & still only a minutes walk from the beach & then just a minute further to the Big Blue Diving Resort. This is a well looked after resort, very clean & with fresh towels every day. The rooms also have TV with umpteen cable channels, refrigerator, clothes rack, mirror, table, chairs in the room. Its also not in any guide book so it often still has vacancies when everywhere else is full!

Silver Sands Resort - FROM 1000 THB per night

This is a very popular resort located right next to our dive center with nice clean rooms and varying types of budgets, & the family that run it are very friendly & happy to help! Here you can rent from a choice of wooden bungalows with fan or more recently updated concrete bungalows or rooms with AC. Silver Sands Resort has a fantastic island reputation & the Fizz Bar & Restaurant here are extremely popular, which makes this just another reason to stay here.  This place attracts all types of guests partly due to the glowing write-up it gets in some popular guidebooks.

Sairee Cottage - FROM 750 THB per night

One of the most popular and longest existing resorts in Koh Tao. This place was the original bungalows on the beach Resort in the old days & is run by one of the friendliest Koh Tao families and has a very nice restaurant and an excellent atmosphere. They do have rooms here at budget but have also recently built some more modern bungalows aswell. Impossible to book last minute as this place is always full & because it was one of the first places in Koh Tao it is also recommended in just about every guidebook!.

Blue Wind Resort - FROM 600 THB per night

This is a very popular resort with nice clean rooms and varying types of budgets. Its a very popular resort & the family that run it are very friendly & are overly happy to help! Here you can rent original old cheap wooden beach bungalows or more recently updated concrete bungalows or choose something a little more up market with air conditioning, TV and hot water. The Blue Wind bakery has a fantastic island reputation & the Shambala Yoga Center here is undoubtedly the best on Koh Tao which makes that just another reason to stay here.  This place attracts all types of guests partly due to the glowing write-up it gets in some popular guidebooks.
