There are heaps of wooden bungalows at various resorts in Koh Tao and these are the cheapest ones that you can get this close to the beach! Cute & rustic, & each fan bungalow comes with double bed only, mosquito net or screened windows, a small balcony with the all essential island hammock, a small table & a couple of chairs. There's also a small bathroom with toilet, cold water shower & sink with mirror. These are very well located right in the heart of Sairee Beach only a stones throw away from the sea & a brisk stroll to Sairee Village. A perfect location if you are looking for somewhere where you won't need to rent a bike but can walk everywhere. But be warned these rooms can get a little noisy at night!

Budget Bungalows on Sairee Beach

There are many differing types of bungalows on Sairee & the older ones tend to be the cheaper ones. But old means rustic & charming & these bungalows are perfect for that old Koh Tao feel and are also a little bit bigger than our 400Bt options. All bungalows have a fan & a double bed, their own balconey & of course there's always enough space for a hammock! These bungalows will also have a mosquito net inside & your own bathroom with toilet, sink & cold water shower. These rooms get pretty noisy at night as well with the sounds from the nightclubs & beach bars but they are clean & comfortable and they're all still only a minute's walk from Sairee Village and less than a minutes stroll to Sairee Beach.

Budget Beachside Bungalow

Welcome to old Koh Tao. These are the most affordable & most popular backpacker beachside bungalows on Sairee. They have a view directly on to the beach & have everything you need when you are traveling on a budget! These bungalows are pretty basic & its because they are right on the beach they are a little more expensive for what they actually are & each room has a fan, a double bed & their own bathroom. Bathroom comes as per norm- sink with mirror, a toilet & cold water shower. You'll find there's plenty of space for a hammock outside on the balcony.

Bungalow on the beach

We have a slightly upmarket selection of budget accommodation on Sairee Beach at 2 of the most popular resorts in Koh Tao. All our bungalows here are relatively new & come with an ensuite with toilet & cold water shower. Our rooms come with a double bed & fan & the balcony outside has enough room for a couple of chairs, a table, & there's definielty enough space to put your hammock! Its a great location right here being just a hop skip &  a jump away from the beach & less than 100 Meters to the fun & games of Sairee Village.

Superior Fan Room

If you've had enough of rustic charm & fancy something a little more modern and comfortable then try one of these rooms at our brand new Guesthouse only 100 meters from the beach & still only a minutes walk to Sairee Village. Beach Bungalow

These are newish bungalows regularly maintained &  come with a subtle thai design. Book early for these rooms though because they are very much in high demand. Here you are only a few meters to the beach & your balcony overlooks a very well kept & maintained garden, so bring your hammock! Each bungalow comes with mosquito nets, a fan, a dressing table, & double bed & your bathroom offers a toilet, & cold water showers as well as all the usual bathroom trimmings. Great Restaurant & Bar here as well. A very comfortable & popular place to stay, so anticipate extending your time here a little longer!

Air Conditioned Rooms

The cost of electricity per unit is ten times greater here in Koh Tao than anywhere else in Thailand so if you must insist on having an AC unit then you’ll immediately find your room price will double. These rooms are brand new & very comfortable. Expect double or twin bedding, fridge, wardrobe, mirror, dressing table, flushing toilet, hot water shower, & somewhere to sit. Our upstairs rooms also have a small balcony & downstairs in reception there is an internet room. Its lovely & quiet here as this guesthouse is set back slightly form the hustle of Sairee Village but still only a minutes walk away & also only a minute from the beach.

Superior AC Rooms

Need a little more luxury & creature comforts then welcome to our new selection of rooms available situated only 100meters from the beach & a minutes walk to Sairee Village. These new Boutique Style concrete rooms offer you a little more area in which to swing a cat, double or twin bedding, bathroom with hot water shower & a flush toilet. They are are quiet, clean, very comfortable with fresh towels every day.  These rooms also have TV with umpteen cable channels, safety deposit box, refrigerator, clothes rack, mirror, table, & chairs in the room. There's also an internet & tour agent downstairs & extremely helpful staff.

Superior AC Beach Bungalow

These bungalows used to be the best on Koh Tao but in recent years their ritz & glamour have been expired somewhat with over development. Thats not to say that these aren't worth it however! The iconic leaning palm tree is right outside your bungalow & if you want close to the beach & a bungalow with all mod cons then this is the spot! Great views, cable tv, AC, fridge & hot water shower & if you come as a group or family then book the bungalow next door as well! Excellent value for those seeking luxury at an affordable rate!

This is a brand new resort with fabulous brand new rooms! The rooms are very grand & because this place is so new the accommodation prices are only half what they will be after Easter. Each room comes with AC & all modern conveniences including refridgerator, & TV, ensuite with hot shower & flushing toilet. Each room also has a balconey. These rooms aren't on the beach but it is only a minutes walk away & Sairee Village is even closer. You'll feel great here. Great staff, good location & very nice spanking new Resort! These bungalows are directly on the beach & located at the northern end of Sairee Beach meaning they are a little quieter than those bungalows situated further down to the south. You are a stones throw from the waters edge here & can easily grab some breakfast from the restaurant then go sit on your balconey & start your day in the most glorious of settings.
