Our Dive Center in Khao Lak- Gateway to the Similan & Surin Islands

Welcome to the pride of the Big Blue Fleet, our luxury Liveaboard ship, the M.V.Hallelujah. This is the perfect vessel on which to enjoy our liveaboard dive trips. At 35 meters long, this boat has a large dive deck and diving platform, with plenty of storage space for ease and convenience. While not diving, guests can relax in the air-conditioned saloon and dining area, complete with an entertainment and sound system. The delicious buffet-style meals can be enjoyed in the indoor dining area or the open-air dining areas. Sun worshipers can head upstairs to the huge sun deck that spans the length of the boat and is equipped with chairs and loungers. It’s also a great place to enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful Similan islands and watch the sunset over the turquoise sea.

The MV Hallelujah, our dive vessel for all our liveaboard dive trips

Our MV Hallelujah liveaboard dive trips include accommodation for 4 nights aboard our luxury boat, 14 dives, five Thai and Western meals a day, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, use of weights, belts, and cylinders, an experienced Dive Guide, hotel transfers from Phuket, Patong, Kata, Karon, and Phuket international airport.

The MV Hallelujah offers three types of accommodation options; standard twin cabin, deluxe double cabin, and VIP single cabin.

With the exception of the VIP cabin, rates for liveaboard dive trips onboard the MV Hallelujah are based on double occupancy. If we need to combine solo travellers in standard cabins, we will only do male-male or female-female pairings for reasons of privacy. If you require your own personal cabin, we offer single occupancy at an 85% surcharge.

Standard Twin – 35,000 THB

Standard twins cabins are located on the main deck of the MV Hallelujah. The air-conditioned cabins have large windows offering spectacular views of the Similan Islands. All standard twin cabins have en-suite bathrooms and bunk beds, perfect for single travellers and couples alike.

Deluxe Double – 45,000 THB

Deluxe double cabins are also located on the main deck of the MV Hallelujah. They offer the same spectacular views as the standard twin cabins, but with much larger windows. A perfect romantic getaway. All deluxe double cabins have en-suite bathrooms including hot shower, toilet, and sink for privacy and convenience.

VIP Single Cabin – 55,000 THB

The VIP single cabin is the only cabin on the upper deck of the Hallelujah. You’ll enjoy the best views of the Similans islands through the large window. The cabin comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom, TV, fridge, and work desk. This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious of all the cabins on our liveaboard dive trips.

Giant barracuda like this one are regularly spotted on liveaboard dive trips

Every person diving on Similan Island liveaboard dive trips are required to pay marine park fees in Thai Baht. We will collect these fees from each passenger on departure night so they can be paid upon our arrival in the Similan Islands. For divers, this is 1,800฿ per person. Please get in contact with us to inquire about fees for Thai nationals, non-divers or children.

If you require rental equipment then please let us know your sizes. A full set of rental equipment is available for 600฿ per day or free with any diving courses. We can also order new equipment and have it ready upon your arrival. Let us know us if you have specific requirements or would like to see a list of equipment for purchase.

With the exception of alcohol, souvenirs, and tips, everything else on the MV Hallelujah is included.

All of our luxury liveaboard guests will be picked up at their hotel or at the airport in the afternoon. To avoid a long taxi journey we recommend staying in Khao Lak. You will be taken to our pier at 19:00 to board the Hallelujah. We typically depart at 21:00, after a full boat briefing and a hearty dinner. Guests usually spend the time after dinner getting to know their fellow diving buddies.

Big Blue Diving Khao Lak does offer to incorporate dive courses onto our liveaboard dive trips on the MV Hallelujah. This way, you can improve your skills while enjoying the trip of a lifetime. Check out the Big Blue Diving Khao Lak website for more information, www.bigbluedivingkhaolak.com.
