Our Big Blue Divemasters are really good at knowing where things are and taking you right to see them. They know how to give you the best experience underwater, and while you’re hanging out on the boat during a surface interval. Oh yeah, and they also keep the whole dive centre running on a daily basis. They decide which instructors and divemasters will go on what boats for the morning, afternoon, and night dives. They make sure that there are enough full tanks, regulators, masks, weights, weight belts, plasters, mask straps, and even pineapples on each and every boat that goes out of our resort.
They manage how many cylinders will be needed for the open water course pool sessions. They organise when we run full-day trips, what mood the boat captains are in, and what kind of washing they should have drying on the boat when customers are onboard (no underwear). They even go so far as to group fun divers together based on their air consumption rates so that everyone can have the longest dives possible. That’s pretty damn cool. These guys are the best at what they do and are some of the best divemasters that you will encounter anywhere in the world.
If you want to go diving, see some amazing things and also have a great time in the process, then these are the guys to do it with. You simply cannot have a better time for an hour underwater than with a Koh Tao Divemaster.
