From Open Water to Divemaster Course
It’s been already 3 months since I left the beautiful piece of land that is Koh Tao. It took me long time to find the right words to describe one of the best experience in my life. I arrived to big blue, recommended by friends and reviews, to spend one week and do my Open Water course… I ended up staying 3 months and doing all the courses til I became a professional diver (dive master). Big blue is not only very professional and responsible on teaching how to dive, but also the most fun. Dive instructors, dive masters, people doing courses and everyone comes together to have fun, share their experiences, talk about what we love. It’s a real experience. All ages, from everywhere in the world, only loving the ocean, and keeping it safe. I made friends for life and changed my life discovering diving. Absolutely recommend this place for any kind of course or fun that you’re looking for. It’s an absolute pleasure to have been part of their group, and I’ll most definitely be back ❤️ thank you all guys.

Hi Macarena, thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review! It may have taken a while, but it was worth the wait that’s for sure.
We’re so lucky to attract a certain type of diver here at Big Blue. Like you said we get divers of all ages and nationalities, but they all seem to share common characteristics – chilled, fun-loving individuals who are happy to put the effort in to make the most out of their diving, be them total beginners or experienced divers of many years. This mix of people is what helps create the pièce de résistance of Big Blue; the incredible atmosphere at our lovely beachfront resort, which in turn attracts the best dive professionals in the country to teach them!
We look forward to your return Macarena, and hope it’s sooner rather than later as we all miss you a lot
